Workforce Disclosure Initiative
The Workforce Disclosure Initiative (WDI) is one of the world’s leading data platforms on corporate disclosure. It collates data that companies voluntarily disclose on workforce practices across their operations and supply chains. The data is then shared with signatory investors, who collectively manage $7.5 trillion in assets, to guide their investment strategies.
